Unusual 90’s – phenomenon

Unusual phenomenon has been observed, since 1992: I’ve attracted flowers like flowers bees. The most perceptive observers stated after year: this old boy isn’t an un appropriated blessing.
After the next years, the fundamental question has been raised: why thrifty Americans buy
flowers in bulk, throwing money and wasting time year by year ? Yankees smelled a great
business – it was prevailing, right answer. Russians seen Yankees junkies, all 90-s. However,
even Russians accepted the right answer, joining My Flower Society at florist shops, finally.
The excited ISs were tried to define the essence of the flowers-mania, using conventional IS’s
instruments of all sort. Bugs, spy software, girls, gays, trojans, money, unwarranted search, traps, lures, threats, blackmails, telepathy and other instruments were applied without result.

The Flower Operation

The unusual phenomenon was the tip of the iceberg named Flower Operation that has been executed by transcendental will, since 1973. I’ve shown this operation, sending anonymous
enigmatic picture card to U.S. university, on 28 May, 1992. My tasks were the eight:
1. To strive for perfection studying divine design, the nature of Human’s birth sin, and my
own specific defects. This is continuous duty of all transcendental missions’ executors.
2. To educate my alternates: the Flower Operation was risky like a bladewalk over minefield.
3. To confirm my status of the bone of contention in U.S. knowledge bases by a reliable test.
4. To enlighten U.S. ISs on my hidden functions concerning the CW-deterrence equilibrium.
5. To better information transfer among ISs for next planned transcendental operations use.
6. To define U.S. mendacity’s level in the fields of observance of the law and Human Rights.
7. To examine the maturity of U.S. decisive circles regarding unknown dangerous knowledge.
8. To decide what kind of transcendental gifts will be disclosed on my risk, and at what time.
The first 7 tasks were completed, in 2008. The decisive, 8-th task has been suspended by the
reasons explained below and at my website (please visit the page titled 2008/9 Accreditation).

The Flower Operation’s summary

The task 1 ends when the transcendentally invited candidate underwent long series extreme
trials becoming the member of selection (see Mt. 7:1-8, R. 11:7-8). The training is lifelong.
Any malicious act excludes membership forever. Please study my advices for candidates.

The task 2 is executed in all risky transcendental missions, according to redundancy principle.
My alternates have been remotely educated, for safety. I don’t know who they are, physically.

The task 3 was executed by sending anonymous, enigmatic, handwritten picture card to some
famous U.S. university, on 28 May, 1992. My longhand was immediately recognized and I’ve been honored by U.S. permanent flower-attendance, with needless emphasis, since June 1992.

The task 4 was executed by open letters. It isn’t excluded, that some doomed to failure, costly
U.S. R&D enterprises were closed, thereby. American tax payers are my debtors, if so.

The task 5 has ended in useful conclusions as to the individual transparency and leak-proofing
of many ISs. The details won’t be published. Transcendental missions exclude non-essentials.

The task 6 has confirmed the known animadversion: Human Rights were the U.S. instrument
for CW-use. The instrument has become the needless ballast during the forward neocolonial
expansion, and has been spurned quickly since the USA and the SU started secret talks, in 83.
My Human Rights have been infringed by communists with U.S. permission since 1983, e.g.
I’ve been one of the demonstrative evidences of instrumental treatment Human Rights by six U.S. administrations as the handy rhetorical smoke screen over disgraceful thievish-affairs.
U.S. powers have continuously applied double standard in the field of observance of the law, depending on their current needs, only. U.S. War Against Terror, the Gulf Wars, the Middle East – politics, or the history of Polish transformations and shipyard industry are the examples of mendacity. Why U.S. decisive circles have evinced habitual, suicidal mendacity, in spite of future U.S. basic interests ? By the specific mental aberrations associating with success, profit and power – manias. The evinced the manias and habitual mendacity people are unable
to clear view and to participate in divine design. Those end as historic admonitions, bar none.

The task 7 has been ended in my firm conclusion : the level of U.S. maturity for disclosing
some dangerous knowledge is much below the transcendentally requested value, nowadays.
The principal symptoms of mental maturity are : possession of principles, observance of the
law, responsibility, and farsightedness. U.S. powers have shown opposite symptoms and the only stable principle: to gain immediate profits at any cost, like the S.A.’s Spanish invaders.
Having a greater military supremacy, the U.S. political hawks will be able to materialize the
aims of the Project for the New American Century, and to wage wars on a whim, doubtless.
The statement of believe made by U.S. neoconservatives has been the absolute proof of it
and of the authors’ unambiguous mental immaturity and incompetence. The wars for next
yachts, residences and zeros on accounts have been classified as crass stupidity, in history.
It would be a grave crime to support the insane authors with any new instrument in this aim.

The suspension of my 8-th task has resulted from the tasks 6-7 above and from the serious
reasons relating with the functions of empires in divine design, explained below in brief.

Presidents J.E. Carter and R.W. Reagan, as the selection’s members, have been conscious of
the functions of dominant empire in divine design. Their silent missions enabled the USA to perform the functions. Their achievements have been dissipated, thoughtlessly, since 90-s.
It was nothing new, in history: the heritance of a thrifty father was lost by his progeny, often.
Next U.S. Administrations have demonstrated mental incapacity to practice the functions of
modern dominant empire, coming on the old track of primitive, neocolonial global invasion.
Finally, U.S. affairs are in the state which was straight and precisely named as Catastrophe
by Prof. Z. Brzezinski. The abattis and armored vehicles around U.S. Embassies speak for.

The similar to the present U.S. catastrophe-situations induced the same Creator’s response,
in history of Human Civilization. First, a next witless aspirant for global omnipotence was
pre instructed by persuasions, that omnipotence is the Creator’s absolute, reserved attribute.
The persuasions were the task of the selection, always. Futile persuasions caused the graded conditioning of the witless aspirant, interlaced with the next persuasions. The disciplinable aspirants got the point and survived, the others ended as the admonition for future imitators. The USA got the first friendly spanks in 80-s. The sound trashing has been in progress since
90-s till now. The Catherina Hurricane was the first symptom of transcendental discontent at
the aspirant’s advances. U.S. mendacity and corruption were uncovered, intentionally, then.

The next symptom will be environmental and economical KO, if the Reorientation’s results
won’t be satisfying. It is last U.S. time to go the point, instead of to dream about the global
omnipotence and expose on inevitable KO soon. Please note: all former aspirants were out,
since prehistory to modern age, without exception. Nordic nations and Brits have understood
the KO-lesson. French are coming round. Germans are dazed, still. Russians are in the count.

The suspension of disclosing transcendentally deposited dangerous knowledge is one of the instruments of transcendental conditioning which will be applying whilst bombers and tanks
will be the vanguard of freedom and democracy’s propagators. Several military – non crucial
technologies will be disclosed as the stimulant for the starting transcendental Reorientation

However, the Soviet Empire would be existing still, having the same technologies in 70-s.

The promised in my 1992-picture card Flower-Tech would be demonstrating during the first Reorientation’s stage, if some agreed transcendental acceptance of its course will be signified.
The disclosing will be released by the Reorientation’s results, regardless of time and money.
All growing impatient circles are asked to forget the slogan: time is money, in this matter.
Time and money are the Creator’ instruments of conditioning the aspirants for omnipotence.
The giant cost of their dreams will be shown by the estimation of capital and environmental losses which have resulted from the suspension of demonstrating Flower-Tech, since 1992.
The history of Roman Empire exemplifies conditioning by time. The last financial crash is

This is collective standpoint of the selection. The same standpoint has referred to all aspirants for the Creator’s omnipotence. To the USA recently, to Soviets and Nazis antecedently, etc.

is late. The selection initialize the next step of human evolution, if the embargo is cancelled.

All transcendental operations have been the non-profit interventions resulted from timeless
divine design for spiritual development of beings, including the physical beings like Human.
The correcting Human Civilization interventions have been foregone by prompts and alerts
through medium of the selection, since Neolith. The selection works as the handy Creator’s
exponent, mainly, having week impact on the form of transcendental activity. The selection’s

invitation to training for active participation in divine design, beginning from unconditional
resignation of temptations of easy life, and their future heavy duties of the Creator’s agents.

By the Highest Will, unawares, I’ve been approved the next prime example of the individuals which followed the Creator’s expectations as to Human and attained the Creator’s consent to future metaphysical existence, living independently from political trends, in spite of current profits-aspirations and success-mania. The form of the consent – the grace of access to future
and latent influence on many global affairs – is merciless transcendental scoff at all slaves of
greed for power and profits. Going after delusions generated by their unstrung brain’s reward circuitry, they niggle, live in growing fear of death and become victims of heavy addictions.
When their fear is panic, they are illuminated about the Creator’s expectations as to Human.

Then, the minority of the slaves of greed for power and profits commit suicide. This dramatic
sign of mental progress is transcendentally appreciated and reciprocated in the form of the
next chance of spiritual training to metaphysical existence, named reincarnation. Many slaves of greed for power and profits undertake expiatory enterprises, ending in incertitude torments.

The majority of modern slaves of greed for power and profits undertake desperate, ridiculous
attempts of rejuvenation, regrettably. The show of the bloom of geriatric youth in mass media isn’t accidental. The show is plain admonition against mimicry of the ridiculous efforts and
the prompt: to understand the absolute necessity of human physical death is the only way to
eternal being instead of the absurd simulation of youth, surgery and rejuvenation treatments which prolong human infantilism and set back human mental evolution below animal level.
